WIGGWIGG is built by one person, so you'll get personal, thoughtful responses. Not automated replies.

We read everything

Every email, every idea, every piece of feedback gets read and considered. The best suggestions make it into the product (with credit!).

Pre-launch phase

Early access launches Q2 2026. Right now, we're gathering feedback from family and friends, refining features, and building community. Your input shapes what we build.

Response times are estimates. I'm one person building this, so sometimes I'm faster, sometimes slower, especially outside business hours. Security issues always get priority.

How quickly will I get a response?

Most inquiries get a response within 24 hours. Security issues are prioritized and typically answered within 4 hours. Since WIGGWIGG is built by one person, response times may vary outside business hours.

What's the best email for feature requests?

Send feature ideas to support@wiggwigg.ca. We read every suggestion and the best ones make it into the product (with credit!).

Do you offer phone support?

Not yet. During early access (launching Q2 2026), all support is via email. This lets us provide thoughtful, detailed responses and maintain a knowledge base for common questions.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

Email security@wiggwigg.ca immediately. We take security seriously and respond to vulnerabilities within 4 hours. Please practice responsible disclosure and give us time to fix issues before public disclosure.

Can I schedule a call with the team?

For business partnerships or media inquiries, email business@wiggwigg.ca and we can arrange a call. For general support, email is the fastest way to get help.
