When do I receive my credit?
As soon as your account is created and your spot is claimed. The credit appears in your balance immediately and never expires.

What can I buy with the credit?
Anything on your bill: phone numbers, unit packs, extra identities, add-ons. No restrictions.

What happens when my credit runs out?
You simply move to regular pricing: $7 a month per number, plus the units you add. Your permanent identities stay yours forever.

What if I sign up but don't buy right away?
No rush: the credit is tied to your account and never expires. Use it whenever you're ready.

Are the identities really permanent?
Yes. Once your tier is claimed, those identities are yours for life at no charge, even if you pause all phone service.

Can I upgrade my tier later?
No. Tiers follow arrival order and are locked at signup. Once the 50 Founder spots are gone, they're gone: claim early for the most generous tier.
