Call forwarding works differently than a traditional SIM card
Since we use call forwarding (not a new SIM), you need an active phone to receive calls. It's an additional number, not a replacement for your primary number.
Optional E911 support available with additional fees. E911 uses the address you provide. For critical emergencies, always keep your primary number active and use it to call 911.
Forwarded calls count as incoming calls on your primary plan. If you have unlimited incoming calls (most Canadian plans do), there's no extra charge from your carrier.
