What happens if I run out of minutes?

Your service continues! You'll be charged $0.05/minute for additional usage, capped at $5.00/month maximum. If you're hitting the cap regularly, consider buying usage packs or upgrading to the next tier to save money.

Will my phone stop working if I exceed limits?

Your service continues until you reach the $5.00/month overage cap. Once you hit the cap, service will be paused until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. We'll alert you at 80% and 100% of your limits to avoid interruptions.

How many phones can I have?

As many as you need! No limits. Each phone is $9-$32 depending on the tier you choose. Mix and match freely. Each phone includes +1 complete digital identity.

Can I upgrade my phone tier later?

Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and we pro-rate the difference. No penalties, no friction.

What's included in an 'identity'?

Each identity is a complete digital compartment: password manager, secure notes, contacts, bookmarks, and more. Total separation from your other identities. Each phone includes +1 identity automatically.

What's the Early Access program?

Get free phone service for 3-12 months (depending on tier) plus permanent identity slots. Help us test and improve the product. Limited to 500 total spots. First-come, first-served.

What happens after my free Early Access period ends?

You choose any phone tier ($9/$16/$32/month) and pay same rates as everyone else. You keep your permanent identity slots forever (free). Same 10% annual prepay discount available to all users.

Can I pause my phone service?

Yes! Pay $3.00/month to keep your phone number without active plan. Upgrade to a plan at any time with one click. Perfect for seasonal use or keeping a number between jobs.

Do you offer family or business plans?

Not yet, but our pay-per-phone model works great for families and businesses. Buy 4 phones for a family of 4, each with their own identity. Simple and flexible. If you'd like dedicated family or business plans, contact us to let us know your interest.

What if I consistently hit overage charges?

We'll suggest upgrading to the next tier, which usually costs less than your base plan + recurring overages. We want you on the right plan for your usage. Smart alerts help you decide.

Can I try phone service before paying?

Yes! Enjoy a 7-day free trial with a real Canadian phone number (50 minutes + 100 SMS included). Then, earn up to $5.00 in setup credits by completing simple steps (verify phone, verify email, use password manager). No credit card required for the trial.

What's the difference between phone tiers?

Lite ($9): 50 min + 100 SMS. Standard ($16): 200 min + 500 SMS. Premium ($32): 400 min + 1,500 SMS. All include +1 identity, password manager, voicemail, and call history. Choose based on your usage.

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

No setup fees. No activation fees. No hidden costs. What you see is what you pay. Only possible extra: overage charges if you exceed limits (capped at $5.00/month max). If you reach the overage cap, service will be paused until your next billing cycle.

What happens to my identity if I cancel phone service?

Your identity stays forever (free). You keep your 2 free identity slots + any you earned/bought. Only the phone number and calling/texting features are tied to the phone plan.

Can I port my existing phone number to WIGGWIGG?

Not yet. We're working on number porting for a future release. For now, we provide new Canadian phone numbers. You can use call forwarding from your existing number if needed.

Do I need a credit card to use WIGGWIGG?

No credit card needed for password managers and digital identities. For paid phone service, a credit card will be required when making your first purchase.
