What's included free vs Vault Premium?
Every WIGGWIGG account gets a free vault with unlimited password storage, zero-knowledge encryption, a password generator, and import/export; autofill arrives with the browser extension, which is planned with no date announced. Vault Premium ($1/month) adds password health scores, breach detection, the security improvement wizard, health badges, and reused/weak password detection.

How does breach detection work?
We use k-anonymity to check your passwords against Have I Been Pwned's database. Only the first 5 characters of a hashed version of your password are sent. Your actual password never leaves your device.

Can I import from other password managers?
Yes. You can import from Bitwarden, 1Password, LastPass, KeePass, Keeper, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, and from any manager that exports CSV files (Dashlane included, via CSV). Your imported data is encrypted on your device before being stored.

What happens after the 30-day trial?
After your trial ends, your vault and all your passwords remain fully accessible. You simply lose access to the health monitoring features (scores, badges, wizard) until you subscribe. Returning to the free version does not delete your data. At checkout, choose your country of residence. We’ll show whether the purchase is available in your region and which details are needed to calculate taxes.

Why is it so affordable?
We believe basic password security shouldn't be expensive. Our $1/month pricing reflects our commitment to making privacy tools accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford premium subscriptions.

What happens to my vault if I cancel a phone number?
Nothing. The vault (encrypted password manager), your passwords, and your contacts belong to the identity, not the number. Cancelling a number touches nothing else: the rest of the identity stays intact.

How does this fit with identities?
Inside an identity. Every entry belongs to one of your identities, so work logins stay with your work identity and dating details stay with your dating identity. If an identity also has a phone number, its whole context (number, vault, contacts) moves together.
