Published Outbound Rates
Calling and texting abroad are not available yet. Our phone carrier has to certify our numbers for that kind of traffic before we can turn them on. We are waiting on their answer, and we will update this page by October 5, 2026, either way. The rates stay published so you know what to expect.
The table below publishes planned outbound rates only. You cannot place or send international traffic through WIGGWIGG yet. Calls and messages received on your Canadian number continue to use the normal inbound units, regardless of where the sender is.
If international service becomes available, units will cover outbound traffic to Canada only. Other destinations, including the US and Mexico, will use the separately funded International Balance at the published destination rate. These rates remain visible so you can evaluate the planned pricing before the feature is offered.
Published for planning only while international service is unavailable. Planned voice rates are per minute; SMS and MMS rates are per message. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include our service margin over the underlying carrier cost.

If international messaging becomes available, long-code MMS is planned only for recipients in Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Most carriers outside North America do not receive MMS from long-code numbers.
If international messaging becomes available, the planned fallback sends only the text portion as SMS and removes the image, with a clear notice before the message is sent.
This is a proposed compatibility fallback, not a feature available today.
