We respect your right to leave. Here's how to delete your WIGGWIGG account and what happens to your data.
Account deletion is available directly in the app. No need to contact support.
Log in to your WIGGWIGG account and navigate to Settings.
In Settings, select the Privacy & Data section.
Scroll to Delete Account. The app will guide you through any necessary steps, such as cancelling subscriptions or releasing phone numbers, then confirm by entering your Account ID.
After requesting deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time, you can cancel the deletion by logging back in. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Changed your mind? Simply log back in during the grace period to restore your account.
After the 30-day grace period, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:
All identities and associated personal information
Password vault data
Call logs and SMS/MMS history
Voicemails and audio recordings
Phone numbers (released back to the pool)
Contacts and shared contact data
Payment methods
Security credentials (passkeys, two-factor authentication)
Support tickets and attachments
Achievements and credits
User preferences and security settings
All encrypted data and files stored on our servers
Required by Canadian tax law and compliance:
Invoices and billing records (7 years, tax law)
Transaction amounts, dates, and payment method type only
Security audit logs (compliance)
No personal identity data, communications, or encrypted content is retained.
We recommend exporting your data before initiating account deletion. Once the 30-day grace period expires, we cannot recover any of your data.
